The pillow arrives vacuum-packed for freshness. Once opened, let it expand for 24 hours before use.
Adjust the height and firmness by unzipping the inner cover and adding or removing foam. Fluff it by hand to spread the fill evenly.
The outer cover is machine washable. Do not wash the foam.
