As someone with an active and at times anxious mind, Cameron had always struggled with sleep. His sleep hygene only deteriorated with age and he developed a growing reliance on caffeine to get by. However, everything changed when in 2015 Cameron read Mathew Walker’s renowned novel: Why We Sleep.
The data and teachings of the book shocked him, yet provided an insight as to why he struggled with his mental health, focus and memory. Cameron was inspired and became obsessed with prioritising and optimising sleep over the next couple of years, which massively increased his performance, health and enjoyment of life.
