We ship all orders from our fulfilment warehouse in England!
Delivery Options:
UK (Domestic)
- Royal Mail 48 - Standard Delivery: Estimated 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail 24 - Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Delivery Days:
- Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing:
- All orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Notifications:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another email when it has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses:
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout! If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes to the address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is delivered there, we cannot be held responsible for its replacement. You will need to contact the recipient at the provided address to retrieve the parcel.
Other Delivery Details:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers, including those due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3-5 working days before contacting us, as delays occasionally occur.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your delivery progress.
